For small magazines that also publish a few books

Simple, lightweight subscription management for small magazines.

A versatile tool that brings issues, books, individual and bookshop orders, invoicing, reminders, restocks, and shipments into one place—often in a single click, or automatically.

Simple

One reader record, visible steps, and concrete actions.

Lightweight

The functions a small team needs, without heavy administration.

Versatile

Magazine, books, payments, shipments, and depots in one tool.

The problem

At each issue: mailings to readers and points of sale, and their postage, are prepared.

Who paid? Who receives this issue? Which book still needs shipping? Which depot needs a reminder? Ezabo brings that work together.

All that’s left is to print the PDFs and fill the envelopes, or have your mailing house (routeur) do it.

The central thread

One record, from order to mailbox.

Reader, subscriber, bookshop, or depot: contact details, several emails to recognise a person, special notes, orders, payments, and history stay on the right record.

Magazine and books

Your magazine keeps its rhythm. The books in your catalogue, if you have any, are managed in the same flow.

For every issue: themes, price, weight, print run, and stock in two locations. Alongside that, a book catalogue, subscriptions of several lengths, and mixed orders—in the same tool.

Payments

Orders paid with PayPal, HelloAsso, or Stripe

Payments, subscriptions, donations, and orders are brought in, along with the short notes left by readers, which can specify an order.

Mailing

On mailing day.

Print Ezabo’s PDFs on your own equipment: DL, C5, or B5 envelopes and labels for C4 envelopes or Colissimo, with recipient and sender addresses, contents for packing, weight for postage, artwork, and a message. When a subscription has ended, a renewal invitation can go with the mailing.

  • France option: Publissimo P2, P4, or P7 marking with your contract reference.
  • Daily summary to prepare the contractual declaration: Ezabo prepares the document; you send it to La Poste.

Depot network

Your bookshop depots follow the same cycle.

Assortments, restocks, discounts, shipping charges or free-shipping thresholds: each partner keeps its own rules. As an option, restock proposals draw on each bookshop’s order history.

Invoicing

Flexible invoicing that fits each bookshop’s working terms.

Ezabo calculates totals with discounts and shipping, prepares invoices, proformas, and delivery notes, and tracks due dates—without replacing your accounting software.

  • Payment with order or upon receipt.
  • Terms of 30, 45, or 60 calendar days, or calculated at month-end.
  • Invoicing every set number of months, every set number of published issues, or on a fixed annual date.
  • Automatic reminders for outstanding invoices.
  • A billing address different from the delivery address, when needed.
  • Invoices, delivery notes, and files for a logistics partner or mailing house (routeur).

Follow-up

Between issues, Ezabo keeps the thread.

Dated tasks linked to a contact, notifications, and a dashboard stay at hand. Day to day, Ezabo also tracks:

  • new subscriptions;
  • orders for single issues, bundles, or books;
  • shipments between issues;
  • stock movements;
  • invoice payments and reminders.

Shop & readers

An optional shop and personal area for your readers.

They can order magazines and books, then check their subscription, issues remaining, orders, and shipments in progress. Access starts with an email, confirmed by a magic link or a code.
